A highlight of this year’s edition was the partnership between Frieze Los Angeles and the California African American Museum (CAAM), which resulted in the acquisition of Mustafa Ali Clayton’s ceramic sculpture “Natural (2024)”, presented by Dominique Gallery. This collaboration underscored Frieze’s commitment to fostering meaningful connections and supporting cultural initiatives within the community.
